学生宿舍
学生生活往往可以通过住在宿舍来简化。大阪大学有五个宿舍：Toneyama, Seimei, Niina, Koyo和Momiji。所有房间都是西式风格，为给学生提供私人空间，都是单人房间。房间配有一个书柜(仅在Toneyama, Seimei和Niina)、一张床、一个储物柜或壁橱。公用设施包括浴室、休息室、洗衣房和厨房。寄宿学生负责打扫这些设备。宿舍没有餐厅，但学生可以在公共厨房做饭。整个宿舍都有互联网接入，需要收取互联网服务费。要使用服务，学生需要与互联网服务提供商注册。以下为各个宿舍的介绍，费用不包括水电费和其他杂费。

校园内巴士服务
校园内巴士服务是大阪大学三个校区（Toyonaka, Suita, 和Minoh）之间的免费班车服务。 这项服务的目的是减少大阪大学师生往返于不同校区之间所花费的时间，以确保大阪大学学生、教职员工有一个舒适的工作环境。学生、教师和工作人员可以使用这些公共汽车在其他校园上课、参加课外活动以及与教育和研究有关的活动；然而，校园巴士不能用于通勤，请使用公共交通工具往返于主要学习或者研究地点。如果大阪大学师生必须在主要学习或者研究地点不同的校园参加课程，可以使用班车服务来往于不同校区。
图书馆
大阪大学根据其理念和目标，建立了大阪大学图书馆（以下简称“图书馆”），作为实现世界领先的研究和教育所必需的全学科组织，并旨在作为一个扎实的学术信息基础知识体系。为此，图书馆不仅向大阪大学的人员提供信息，而且还向公众提供最新的学术信息，支持服务和教育/研究环境，并通过与其他校内外，校外组织合作与互动，为学术活动做出贡献。大阪大学图书馆的目标是：
图书馆选择，收集，组织和维护资料和电子信息，将其作为人类的知识遗产，并提供对此类遗产的便捷访问；
图书馆通过提供大量数据和相关信息并为用户组织支持系统来支持教育和研究活动；
图书馆除了提供材料和相关信息外，还通过提供信息素养教育来帮助学生积极主动地学习；
通过与大学内的其他组织合作，并促进与日本国内外其他图书馆和相关机构之间的相互合作和信息交流，图书馆旨在成为学术信息交流的枢纽；
图书馆通过公开提供设施和文件以及举办讲座和展览等活动，为当地社区和社会做出贡献；
图书馆在满足上述原则的同时，将努力充分掌握其用户的需求并能够满足这些需求，努力提高图书馆办事员作为专业人员的知识，技能和意识。
学生中心
在这些学生中心，可以为大阪大学的研究生和本科生提供以下服务：经济援助的申请和流程，免收注册费和学费的申请和流程，课外活动的信息以及就业信息。这些中心还提供有关校园生活的咨询。无论学生属于哪个学院或研究生院，他/她都可以在Toyonaka, Suita或者Minoh的任何学生中心获得帮助。各个学生中心的办公时间如下：
